1. Scope

This policy covers estimated delivery timelines and post-dispatch process for orders from www.vasundharaagro.in. For packing and dispatch timelines, see our Shipping Policy.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines (After Dispatch)

* Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on courier partner availability.

3. Delivery Attempts

• Courier partners make up to 3 delivery attempts at the address provided. If undelivered, the package is held at the nearest facility for 7 days.
• Packages unclaimed for 7 days are returned to VASUNDHARA AGRO. Re-dispatch charges may apply.

4. Delivery Confirmation

Delivery is confirmed via the courier's electronic proof of delivery (e-POD) — digital signature, OTP, or photo.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

• If your order arrives damaged, opened, or incorrect, report it within 48 hours of receipt with photographs of the product and packaging, along with your order number.
• For perishable agricultural products, report within 24 hours of delivery.
• We will process a replacement or refund per our Refund Policy.

6. Lost Shipments

If tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days, contact us. We will coordinate with the courier and arrange a re-dispatch or full refund.

7. Force Majeure

Deliveries may be delayed by extreme weather, floods, transport disruptions, or government restrictions. We will keep you informed.
