  • Tier 2 Cities: 4-5 business days
  • Tier 3 Cities & Rural Areas: 5-7 business days

Shipping Costs

  • Orders above ₹500: FREE shipping
  • Orders below ₹500: Shipping charges apply (calculated at checkout)
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and delivery location
  • Final shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • Direct link to track your shipment
  • Expected delivery date
  • Courier partner details

Delivery Attempt

  • Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the order
  • Valid ID proof may be required at the time of delivery
  • If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to us
  • For re-delivery, you may need to pay additional shipping charges

Damaged or Missing Items

We take utmost care in packaging your order. However, if you receive a damaged or missing item:

  • Please inspect the package before accepting delivery
  • Do not accept the delivery if the package appears tampered or severely damaged
  • If you notice damage after opening, take photos immediately
  • Contact us within 24 hours at compliance@vasundharaagro.in
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our refund policy
