We ship our agro-products across India. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days depending on your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Customers will receive a tracking ID via email once the order is dispatched.

We currently ship our agricultural products to all states and union territories across India. Whether you are in a metro city or a remote village, we strive to deliver our quality products to your doorstep.

• Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of confirmation
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
• You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order
• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email and SMS

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times vary based on your location:

• Metro Cities: 3-4 business days
• Tier 2 Cities: 4-5 business days
• Tier 3 Cities & Rural Areas: 5-7 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may vary due to factors such as location accessibility, weather conditions, local holidays, or courier service delays.

Shipping Costs

• Orders above ₹500: FREE shipping
• Orders below ₹500: Shipping charges apply (calculated at checkout)
• Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and delivery location
• Final shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

• Tracking ID via email and SMS
• Direct link to track your shipment
• Expected delivery date
• Courier partner details

You can also track your order anytime by visiting our Track Order page and entering your order ID or tracking number.

Delivery Attempt

• Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the order
• Valid ID proof may be required at the time of delivery
• If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to us
• For re-delivery, you may need to pay additional shipping charges

Damaged or Missing Items

We take utmost care in packaging your order. However, if you receive a damaged or missing item:

• Please inspect the package before accepting delivery
• Do not accept the delivery if the package appears tampered or severely damaged
• If you notice damage after opening, take photos immediately
• Contact us within 24 hours at compliance@vasundharaagro.in
• We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our refund policy
