Order processing and dispatch timelines for agricultural products.

1. Definitions

  • "Shipping" / "Dispatch" refers to the process of picking, quality-checking, weighing, packing, and handing over agricultural products to our courier/logistics partner for delivery.
  • "Delivery" refers to the transit period and final handover of the package to you. See our separate Delivery Policy.

2. Order Processing and Dispatch

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST are processed on the next business day.
  • Business days: Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

3. Packing Standards

  • Agricultural products (rice, grains, pulses, spices) are packed in food-grade, moisture-resistant, tamper-evident packaging.
  • Each package is labelled with product name, net weight, batch information, best-before date (where applicable), and MRP.
  • A GST-compliant tax invoice is included with every shipment.

4. Seasonal Availability

Certain agricultural products are subject to seasonal harvest cycles and mandi availability. If an ordered product is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you within 1 business day and offer alternatives or a full refund.

5. Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are shipped and delivered within 3–7 business days. Please note that delays may occur due to high demand during the festive season or unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your shipment in real time.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery pin code. Promotional free shipping offers (if any) are displayed on the product or checkout page.

7. Address Accuracy

Please provide accurate and complete delivery details. VASUNDHARA AGRO is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.

8. Force Majeure

Dispatch may be delayed by supply chain disruptions, monsoon conditions, courier issues, strikes, or government restrictions. We will notify you of any such delays.
