Return and refund information for VASUNDHARA AGRO

Overview

At VASUNDHARA AGRO, we value our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 7 days of delivery. Once the return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 working days. Cancellations are accepted only before the product has been shipped.

Return Eligibility

You can request a return or refund if:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery
  • Wrong product was delivered
  • Product quality does not match the description
  • Product is expired or near expiry (within 30 days)
  • Package is tampered or opened during transit

Important: Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products with broken or missing seals
  • Products that have been used or consumed
  • Returns requested after 7 days from delivery
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence by the customer

How to Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at compliance@vasundharaagro.in or call 7980753409 within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide Details: Share your order ID, reason for return, and photos of the product (if damaged or defective)
  3. Return Approval: Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and approve if eligible
  4. Product Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange for product pickup from your address at no additional cost
  5. Inspection: Returned products will be inspected upon receipt
  6. Refund Processing: If inspection is successful, refund will be initiated

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email notification about the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 working days
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer (bank details required)
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (except in case of defective/wrong product)

Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment: You can cancel your order anytime before it has been shipped. Full refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.

After Shipment: Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you can refuse delivery and the order will be returned to us. Refund will be processed after deducting shipping charges.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you received a wrong or defective product, please return it following our return process. Once the refund is processed, you can place a new order for the correct product.

  • Credit/Debit Card: 7-10 working days
  • Net Banking: 7-10 working days
  • UPI: 5-7 working days
  • Cash on Delivery (Bank Transfer): 7-10 working days after receiving bank details
